[arm-allstar] Another IMPORTANT update

Hi Everyone,

We just had a little "hiccup" on our webserver, which means that some 
users may now have been able to download the latest package versions.

Please confirm that you've got the latest version or simply update (admin 
menu option #1) again. The current version can be found using the "pacman 
-Q" command. The latest version is: 0.1.5.3-8

[root at alarmpi tmp]# pacman -Q hamvoip-asterisk
hamvoip-asterisk 0.1.5.3-8
