[arm-allstar] Allmon ii node information bland &

I guess i should have checked the obvious first, i forgot i migrated the nodes to a separate router.
The ham router is unreachable, but the internet is up.

Chris,

It runs fine here. I suspect either the service was down or you have
Internet connectivity problems. How are you accessing the Internet?

When running astdb.php manually it should just return to the prompt when
working properly.
