[arm-allstar] Connection Log

Since I wasn't using it on my node, the log never generated. Nor ever read
the how to for something I wasn't using.  I never found anything saying
this until Doug pointed me to Supermon and Swissarmy.

I can't say 100% for certain, but I think just swissarmy creates the log...
and it's referenced in supermon as well.

Setup is easy for both, in the howto, I did it and the log generates now.
Appears to be an outbound only connection log.
