Steve,
It sounds like you have a number of issues that don't seem related but may
be. First a couple of questions...
Did you mod the 888?
What FOB are you using? DMK-URI or one you modified?
Are you are using the V1.5 image from hamvoip and simpleusb?
Answer those questions first but I have found the best and easiest way to
solve issues is one on one on the phone or teamviewer, etc. Going back and
forth on email can be very time consuming and often not solve a problem
like this. So let me know your contact info and a good time for you if you
want to do that.
