[arm-allstar] Can't register build

Aloha, I built up a node and repeater and sent it to the Big Island. It 
was working fine here.

The node is now on Excede Satellite. We did all the port forwarding for 
4569 and 222 and we are able to use Putty and WinScp to get into it from 
outside the Network (I'm at the at the other end of the state of Hawaii) 
The problem is that 4569 is not finding its way to the allstar server 
and not registering. Tried from the bash screen to ping and can't get 
any response. Also tried to run the update for the build and only get 
blue screen the back to the main menu. Double checked the allstar node 
password. It's correct...... We had a raspberry pi3 running before on it 
without RF, without any problem. Any suggestions. Just to restate, it 
ran flawlessly for a week here on Kauai.
