 It seems to be working here. I assume you are using supermon. I connected
out via DTMF and looked at the file directly in Linux. I don't know if it
shows incoming also or just outgoing. Have you tried both ways. I would not
mess with the permissions -

4 -rw-r--r-- 1 http http 115 May  4 22:12 /var/log/asterisk/connectlog
