[arm-allstar] Unexpected issue from 1.5 update process

I ran the update script over the weekend to get the latest weather.sh
updates and other improvements. But, with no warning, it overwrote
.bash_profile. I have run update in the past without this happening. It
should have noted that I edited that file and shouldn't have blown away my
edits. It should have put the new .bash_profile in a separate file and given
a warning as it does with other updates to various conf files.
