[arm-allstar] Control GPIO from Allmon

Hi Justin,
The last several supermon and allmon2 updates shouldn't overwrite the
controlpanel.ini file (for supermon) or the controlpanel.ini.php file (for
allmon2).
Did you have one of these files get overwritten due to a pacman update in
the last few days---that shouldn't have happened??
