[arm-allstar] Raspberry Pi 3 and SignaLink

Maurice,

   You are not explaining what application you want to interface it to? The
Signalink will not work as an audio device for Allstar but it does work
with Linux for things like fldigi. Users also have interfaced the Signalink
to interface its audio to an Allstar link digital data modes over an
Allstar link. So what is your intention?
