[arm-allstar] Supermon

Phone connections from either Allstar or Echolink do not show up in
Supermon.

Echolink phone connections, but not Allstar connections, do show up in
Allmon 2.

There is a blinking asterisk under the connection box in Allmon 2, and a
rotating line under the connection box in Supermon.

The CLI client shows expected activity when either Allstar or Echolink
connections are made and/or broken.

Unfortunately I do not currently have an interface connected from the Raspi
to the radio.

Would appreciate some guidance.
