[arm-allstar] New 'GUI' menu - lost options to access shell, CLI...

After reconfiguring a new node build I've lost menu options to access the BASH shell, the Asterisk CLI, etc.
This leaves me without a way to run the backup scripts, etc. (which would be nice to have the menu or a sub-menu for maintenance tasks, etc.)   Limited now to SFTP to access and edit files.
What file(s), where, configure this menu?
