[arm-allstar] How do I change the time zone for my node?

This is a minor problem, but it has left me scratching my head. How do you
change the time zone for your node? So far accomplishing this has eluded me.

Here's what I've been doing:

In the Admin menu I highlight Item #4-Change the system Timezone and select
it by pressing Enter/Return. The drop-down for the various timezones then
populates itself. Using the arrow keys, I then highlight the timezone I
want to change to and press Enter/Return. The problem is, the timezone
never changes. Is there something more I need to do, beyond highlighting
the timezone I want to change to in order for this change to take place?
