The idiots at ARN changed the URL again. This time to upper case MP3! Why
don't they understand that they need to keep uniformity in a URL!  If you
are using the script change the download line for ARN to this -

 Changed again 6/23/2017 - mp3 now MP3!
   wget -T 15 --tries=4 -O $TMPDIR/news.mp3
https://www.arnewsline.org/s/news.MP3

I think I will change the way the script works so users can easily update
from a config file but for now just change the line. Who knows next week it
could be a different URL!!!
