[arm-allstar] Permanent link failing

the browser was not on the page when i tested this thus it was fresh. and in some instances it is a one way audio.

Force a refresh of your web Allmon screen when you know you are not
connected and Allmon shows you are.  To force refresh in your web browser,
hold the Shift key while hitting the F5 function key on your keyboard.
Allmon may have stopped updating.
