[arm-allstar] VOX operation

Eric,

  There is no VOX in simpleusb. There is in usbradio but it does not work
well. So I am not sure what you are referring to by saying not functional
in V1.5. There is VOX in the phone connection and there is a least one FOB
with hardware VOX. It works but not well.
