[arm-allstar] Connecting to my own nodes

You will never be able to connect TO a cellphone hotspot portable node
unless there is a way to port forward or you use VPN. Connecting from a
cellphone hotspot node to other Allstar nodes should work fine ASSUMING
that your portable node was able to download the node database. This works
on about 90% of the carriers but seems to not work on AT&T and possibly a
few others. Some satellite providers can also be a problem. We have a work
around for this on a case by case basis and will have a permanent fix in
the future. Email me privately if you are having that problem. The symptom
is nothing happens when you try to connect, no failure message, nothing.
Also if you look for the /tmp/rptextnodes file it will not be there.
