[arm-allstar] No Rx On Echolink.

Node still running great but with one small annoyance.

eg. Node transceiver receives transmission from repeater. At the end of every receive, node transmitter keys up momentarily then un-keys. Happens every time and very consistent. I tried changing RXONDELAY and RXAUDIODELAY in simpleusb menu but neither had any effect.

Any suggestions?
