[arm-allstar] update has an error

would you consider having the error messages stay on the screen until a OK button is pressed?

Everyone,

I made a slight change in the Admin menu scripts to remove any 
stale lock-files when Option #1 gets run. This should resolve the 
lock-file problem several users have reported.

As usual, select Admin menu Option #1 to update...
