[arm-allstar] update has an error

Hi Chris,

I appreciate this info! Yes, if the RPi board gets rebooted in the middle
of an update or something else very unexpected happens, pacman will fail
to remove db.lock file and that will keep pacman from running.

I'll add some code that cleans this condition up at boot-time.
