[arm-allstar] V1.5 Update - bug fix

A long standing bug in the core Asterisk code (not Allstar) has been fixed
that caused buffer overruns with long hostnames in /etc/hostname. This was
found out when a user entered a very long hostname of 29 characters. When
buffer overruns happen it can cause havoc with other things in an
undetermined way. The reason this (apparently) has not shown up since
forever is that users rarely would use such a long hostname.

Dave has extended the size of the buffer and an update is out version
0.1.5.3-14. Use the ADMIN menu item 1 to update.
