[arm-allstar] usb2 not active on Rpi3 server

Yes, I was going to mention the same thing. In rpt.conf the rxchannel needs
to match the name in the second stanza of simpleusb.conf. Typically it has
been usb and usb2 in simpleusb.conf. That name and the name you call it in
rpt.conf have to match.
