OMG, get the FOB away from the antenna. Even a little rf into these USB
FOBS causes trouble. I've been there. With just dummy load close to test
setup of a node I had RFI problems. You need good shielding of antenna
line and good separation between antenna and CM108 device. When you put
the duplexer to the outside antenna your RFI seemed to have gone away,
as expected. So, what are you trying to fix at this point? When you had
the Alinco radio close but duplexer to outside antenna, leave it that
way. How often do you talk to a repeater with your source that close to
any part of it?

Kinda like what Steve Agee pointed out.

FWIW, I get this while on my 2360 node because right as it sits the
antenna is close to the radio/PC/FOB. Get se[paration of 15' or so and
the whine goes away, except when I'm talking from a radio in the same room.
