[arm-allstar] Nano Allstar Interface code?

As Dave has pointed out the Nano interface project is temporarily on hold
mainly because of more pressing issues and family matters but since its its
inception a number of other things have come about. One is that the fear of
not having good USB FOB's has for the most part gone away. The advent of
the open board FOB has somewhat changed things. It is well made and easy to
modify.

There have also been more and less expensive commercial products available
like the RA-35 -

The USB adapters work fine and of course if you desire there is always the
old standby DMK-URI, the more expensive RIM, etc..

There are also several people modifying FOBS and selling them and club
projects are doing it on a mass scale. So at this point there is no
shortage of interface products for Allstar. I am not saying the Nano
project is dead but we also cannot say when it might be available. For that
reason I have temporarily removed the link to the Nano board project on the
hamvoip.org web page.

I have gone through this many time as this often comes up when people want
a cheap and easy way to do things. You can have cheap with a little work or
easy with more cost but not both. Using the GPIO or Nano require just as
much work as modifying the FOB and those methods have their own issues they
are not a panacea either. The amount of required parts and assembly is
actually the same or more using these methods.
