[arm-allstar] rf getting into cm108 shell-less fob on uhf motorola gr1225 repeater

Terry,

This is likely some type of ground-loop condition in the RPi3 / audio
signal path, combined with RF from the HT....Does the noise ever go away
completely, when you're transmitting?
