[arm-allstar] Has anyone heard a snafu courtesy tone on their node, when you are the only user?

Tonight I heard a local tone on my personal, low powered, mobile repeater, and I didn't key up. My split is very wide and pl very unusual on purpose. You can get in, with a pretty short distance. I'm only using a ht antenna in the mobile. The voice was not familiar to my locals. Could this be a freak error? The repeater is handling the pl side. When I heard that distinctive tone, I was like wtf?!
