[arm-allstar] Port Forwarding

I hope somebody can help me out. I am running node 43497 and all is good. I got another Raspberry PI and I'm trying to set it up as a radio-less node to be used as a hub to link other nodes during weather emergencies. I'm having trouble setting up port forwarding on my router for the second node. Can somebody help me out? Oh the second nod is 46208.
