[arm-allstar] Command response not working (v1.5)

Group,
The next issue I'm trying to work out is that my node is not playing
back most command response messages.

For example, If I dial *81 to check the time of day, the node does not
key up. The CLI shows:

[Jan 31 13:06:03] NOTICE[9023]: chan_simpleusb.c:2421 simpleusb_read:
Got DTMF char *
[Jan 31 13:06:03] NOTICE[9023]: chan_simpleusb.c:2421 simpleusb_read:
Got DTMF char 8
[Jan 31 13:06:03] NOTICE[9023]: chan_simpleusb.c:2421 simpleusb_read:
Got DTMF char 1
     -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1502776900> Playing 'rpt/goodafternoon' (language
'en')
     -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1502776900> Playing 'rpt/thetimeis' (language 'en')
     -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1502776900> Playing 'digits/1' (language 'en')
     -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1502776900> Playing 'digits/oh' (language 'en')
     -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1502776900> Playing 'digits/6' (language 'en')
     -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1502776900> Playing 'digits/p-m' (language 'en')
     -- Hungup 'DAHDI/pseudo-1502776900'

So it looks like it's executing but not actually playing the audio over
the air.

Likewise, when i dial *926 (to readback the WAN IP address) I get:

[Jan 31 13:11:52] NOTICE[9023]: chan_simpleusb.c:2421 simpleusb_read:
Got DTMF char *
[Jan 31 13:11:52] NOTICE[9023]: chan_simpleusb.c:2421 simpleusb_read:
Got DTMF char 9
[Jan 31 13:11:52] NOTICE[9023]: chan_simpleusb.c:2421 simpleusb_read:
Got DTMF char 2
[Jan 31 13:11:52] NOTICE[9023]: chan_simpleusb.c:2421 simpleusb_read:
Got DTMF char 6
[Jan 31 13:11:53] NOTICE[9023]: app_rpt.c:10959 function_cmd: cmd param
= /usr/local/sbin/saypublicip.sh 42640, digitbuf =
     -- Remote UNIX connection
     -- Remote UNIX connection disconnected
     -- <DAHDI/pseudo-2058301351> Playing

     -- Hungup 'DAHDI/pseudo-2058301351'
     -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1925517214> Playing '/tmp/randommsg' (language 'en')

But nothing plays over the air. Now, when I connect to another node,
the connection messages DO work:

[Jan 31 13:14:36] NOTICE[9023]: chan_simpleusb.c:2421 simpleusb_read:
Got DTMF char *

     -- Hungup 'DAHDI/pseudo-13960554'

Any ideas what is causing the first two examples to not play audio over
the air?

Thanks,
Justin
