[arm-allstar] ssh ver 1.5 error

I solved my problem by re-writing the image to the sdhc card.

This was a brand new card since I wanted to start out fresh so I am not
sure what happened.

I have always locked dhcp addresses to a specific mac address on my
system since there are several devices at the repeater site so I was
fairly certain that I did not have a problem with duplicate IP's on the
network (or moving to a new one when I reboot).
