Chris,

Change to the local directory -

cd /etc/asterisk/local

 Edit  combine.sh  to add repeater to the end of the ID string. Repeater
is  /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/repeater.gsm

Then run combine.sh and it will make a new ID string.

If combine.sh is not executable do

chmod 750 combine.sh

You can look around in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/ for other Allison words
and phrases. But not everything you may want is going to be there.

Optionally you can can TTS from a site on the Internet or a human voice as
the ID - see the TTS howto on the hamvoip.org web page.
