[arm-allstar] ssh ver 1.5 error

After testing yesterday, I was unable to get 1.5 to get a DHCP address on
wired or wireless. With both MACs known and mapped (and removed map, same
result) as it worked fine on 1.02 before. Same Pi3 and same network
hardware and config. I can get static wired to work.

I then was able to get wireless DHCP to work on my VZ MiFi. For now, that
works for me as the MiFi is its primary connection for mobile use on that
node.

I have a 2nd Pi3 running 1.02 still, that will live on the network I am
having issues. I plan to format and install 1.5, see if I get a different
result. Right now it's wireless, but will be wired next month, when I run a
new network line.
