[arm-allstar] arm-allstar mailing list hiccup!

Hi Everyone,

We had some severe weather in the Server "Cloud" on Tuesday morning
01/24/2017 and a micro-burst flattened several important configuration
files for the mailing list, rendering it off-line...Oops

This issue came to my attention today and I think I've picked up all the
pieces and with plenty of superglue, Humpty Dumpty looks good as new.

Please let me know if you notice anything abnormal.

(It has been a long week!)
