[arm-allstar] Lost Allstar connectivity on Pi.

If you power off your node, it could take up to 10  mins or more for your
node to reappear in the list.

This is a normal occurrence.

This is explained in the early set up instructions.

Not sure if this is noted in newer versions of set up guides.

Just give it time it will reappear.
