[arm-allstar] IAX2 Registry

Eric,

 The bindport must be set in iax.conf and also at Allstar link.org for THAT
server. At Allstarlink it is set in the server configuration, network
configuration, UDP port. It defaults to 4569. DO NOT set any IP address
there. Leave it DHCP.

The iax2 show registry shows a perceived port and the host port is always
4569.

To see how you are registered and appearing to others do the following at
the Linux prompt -

grep <node> /tmp/rpt_extnodes

[root at Pi3-1 conf]# grep 42838 /tmp/rpt_extnodes
42838=radio at 67.214.200.168:4569/42838,67.214.200.168
[root at Pi3-1 conf]#

You apparently did not set your port at allstarlink.org if this port should
be 4568.
