[arm-allstar] Log error

Hi Ted,

That's not an error. Those are just informational messages. They get 
generated every time a client copy of asterisk connects to the server 
instance...This happens from various scripts that run, etc. As an 
example, this message gets generated anytime a "asterisk -rx <command>" 
is run.
