[arm-allstar] Tring to add a second node to server and getting this erro message Device usb2 currently not active

Herman,

  You are using the right instructions. Did you uncomment and configure the
second section of simpleusb.conf? It is uncommented by default. Whatever
the context in simpleusb.conf is called the rxchannel= has to match. For
instance

rxchannel = SimpleUSB/usb2     << in second node of rpt.conf

Second section of simpleusb.conf - note - see how the lines are uncommented
- semicolons removed for lines needed.
