[arm-allstar] touch screen support

Greg,

  The hamvoip Allstar image is not graphical. Most touch screens require a
graphical Linux with X11 support, etc.. Also touchscreens depending on the
type use drivers that may or may not be loaded. I am not saying it can't be
done but for the most part you are on your own unless someone else has
already done it.

I would Google Archlinux with the model of you touchscreen. Also make sure
the info you get is for the ARM processor and not a PC. Here are a couple

Again I think these all assume a graphical environment.

If you want a small screen for your Pi running Allstar there are small HDMI
monitors that you can buy that  work reasonably well.
