[arm-allstar] No SSH

Robert,
These things usually turn out to be some simple thing. I doubt it is the
Pi if it is working well otherwise. If the Pi's Ethernet went out you would
have no connectability via Allstar. If you get there and you can connect
via the LAN then obviously you will know it is the router or maybe the
provider but I doubt that. You should have a means to connect from the
outside to the public IP when you get there so you can test or have someone
else do it for you.
