[arm-allstar] ARN not playing?

Robert,

  That could be done and I could change the script but before I do that
lets make sure we are not missing something here. It is hard to believe
they would do something stupid like make it impossible or extremely
difficult to auto download given the fact that the idea is to get the news
out to as many places as possible.

Personally I would not go to the trouble of manually downloading weekly but
it would be easy to change it to look for a file on your system. I would
also probably forget on many weeks. Lets see what pans out. If anyone has
further info on this please let me know.
