[arm-allstar] Searching the archives

Also, another method to try with google is:
SEARCHTERMS site:http://lists.hamvoip.org/pipermail/arm-allstar/
The biggest issue with this approach is that Google's indexing of mailing
lists runs MONTHS (typically 6+ months!) behind. For example, searching
for "2016 June" finds results. But, "2016 August" (and later)
doesn't....And, the same scenario is found when searching other mailing
list archives on the Internet.
I'm working on a strategy to improve this deficiency, with an improved web
interface.
