[arm-allstar] Question about telemetry

My node is currently setup in a way that it speaks the telemetry when a 
connection is initiated from Allmon or from the startup script.

Is there a way to configure it so that telemetry will be played back 
when a connection is initiated from radio (DTMF) but have it silent when 
it's called from startup or from Allmon?
