I'm new to Allstar, but if I understand that *73, being "permanent
connect" means that Asterisk will detect a loss of connection and try to
re-establish it, then I would check rpt.conf on the new nodes and make
sure that the [functions] stanza shows 73=ilink,13
I can't remember now for sure, but it seems like I had to fix that entry
in my rpt.conf.
