[arm-allstar] Port number issue

Simon,

 It should happen within one update cycle or about 10 minutes or less.
Double check BOTH ends and make sure both are set properly. At your end
look in /etc/asterisk/iax.conf for the bindport and at Allstarlink.org as I
mentioned previously.
