[arm-allstar] Playnews problem

When my node runs the playnews script the following things are happening:

The 20 second break annunciations occur every 2.5 minutes, but the next 2.5
minute sequence begins immediately after the annunciation.

The audio tracks will double up on top of each other.

If I stop the playback, manually delete the audio files and restart the
script It usually runs OK. Not always, but usually.

This anomaly occurs when the script is run by a cronjob or a manual command.

I have deleted the script files, download fresh script file and
re-installed them and this problem is still occurring. It began during the
last month of running the beta release and is persistent in the 1.5 release
up to the latest update.
