[arm-allstar] V3 PI question

 I installed the latest RPi version from the WinZip file to a new V3 Raspberry Pi
 Everything is working fine, but I cannot log into the pi with ssh  I am immediately disconnected 
upon a connection being established. for a split second I see the screen go from grey to blue before the 
connection is disconnected.  If you can answer it I would appreciate it
