[arm-allstar] Allmon and password issue.

James,

There are two password logins. One to the manager which is between the
inin file and the manager as defined in the setup and the other to allow
login to the web page which allows control.

The question is does the manager login - can you see your node on the
screen but you are just not able to login to see the admin controls?

The web page login is control by the .htpasswd that is in the
/srv/http/allmon2 directory. You set the username and password in the
script you run.

Make sure you are in the /srv/http/allmon2 directory. To clear things out
type rm .htpasswd to delete any file that is there.

htpasswd cd .htpasswd <userID>

Replace userid with JUST admin not the <> before and after. Of course you
can select any name you want it does not have to be admin.

It will then ask for your PW.

This does work. There is no problem in the new code and no changes in the
code. I suspect you may have typed something wrong or you are not in the
right directory when you do htpasswd
