[arm-allstar] Cheap Baofeng UV-82 radios on ebay

Well, use the pair of BF-888 radios to make a "backyard" repeater and then 
use the UV-82 or UV-5R to control it, since the latter two have DTMF pads.

A pair of BF-888's make an excellent short-range repeater!
