[arm-allstar] Cheap BF-888s

I ordered a pair myself. Don't really need them just now, as I just had a portable node put together, but they might be fun anyway. Maybe to build a flea powered portable repeater just for fun. I'm amused at the thought of all the auxiliary hardware (Pi, battery, duplexer...) costing a whole bunch more than just the radios.
