[arm-allstar] registration woes

They look fine here port wise BUT you are registering a different IP
address for 40526????
[root at wa3dsp-27225-hub ~]# grep 44203 /tmp/rpt_extnodes
44203=radio at 69.31.238.170:4571/44203,69.31.238.170
[root at wa3dsp-27225-hub ~]# grep 40526 /tmp/rpt_extnodes
40526=radio at 198.53.63.128:4569/40526,198.53.63.128
Use the commands I show above to see you local rpt_extnodes file.
