[arm-allstar] Hang time

Mark,

  Just for your info. Hangtime is set in rpt.conf on a per node basis. The
default is 100ms which would be normal for a simplex node. If you were
using Allstar as a repeater controller you would set it longer - maybe 3000
or 3 seconds.

Unless you have changed the hangtime in Allstar on the effected node I
would agree with Tim that it is not an Allstar issue.

Allstar can be used as a very efficient repeater controller. Node's are
equivalent to ports in repeater controller terminology. The nodes would be
connected together as desired within a single server (Pi board) or possibly
a number of Pi boards each with a node (port) for each repeater service,
echolink, dstar, etc.  They would be connected together via a LAN at will.
