[arm-allstar] Temp not saying "minus"

My hourly time/temp is saying negative temps as positive.  Minus 10 and 
+ 10 are NOT the same (8-). I suppose there was an update announcement 
for this that I slept through! I've updated with Admin #1, but hasn't 
fixed it.
